Sunday speaking
This working week started a day early for me, as I spent my Sunday speaking at an event, and then taking a role of giving feedback to fellow speakers.
I meet a great group of business owners, while speaking about how to use the ‘7 Layers of Pragmatic Performance Management’ to create appraisal systems that aren’t dreaded by employees and managers alike!
